16 Final Exam

Held in class on Thursday, September 10.

Closed book, individual. 76 points, 30 minutes.
Covers Sessions 10–13: the second half of the fallacy catalogue, misinformation, persuasion and rhetoric, and correlation and causation, and the required readings assigned for those sessions. Not cumulative.
Five parts: A name the move · C which appeal, and is it grounded · E explain the correlation · F read the study · G readings.
Session 14 is a workshop and is not examinable. Session 13’s own material on reading a study is examinable — it is Part F, worth 14 points.
